Terms and conditions for the Fair Square Funding messaging program.

1. Program description

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, Fair Square Funding may send you recurring SMS/MMS text messages relating to your funding application, document requests, status updates, funding offers, payment reminders, and customer-service communications.

2. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your application activity. You may receive multiple messages per week during active stages of your application or funding relationship.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan. Fair Square Funding does not charge for the messages; standard carrier rates apply.

4. How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To resume messages, reply START.

5. Getting help

For help, reply HELP to any message, email info@fairsquarefunding.com, or call (888) 885-0986.

6. Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most other U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent to receive SMS messages from Fair Square Funding is not a condition of obtaining any product, service, or funding through us. You may apply for funding without opting in to SMS messages.

8. Privacy & information sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information or phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Information collected through this SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Phone numbers and SMS consent data are used solely to operate this messaging program and service your application or account.

9. Eligibility

You must be the account holder or an authorized user of the phone number you provide, and you must be at least 18 years old, to opt in to this SMS program.

10. Changes to these terms

Fair Square Funding may modify or terminate this SMS service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the effective date above.
